Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination and the shipping method selected.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss for the Products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our Products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide you with instructions for returning the item for a full refund or replacement.
